What we offer
Two stylish mountain chalets from the century before last, completely renovated.
They are located in a secluded area in the Krkonoše National Park, in the cadastral area of Paseky Nad Jizerou.
If you want to visit Krakonoš’s kingdom and experience the atmosphere of a stylish mountain chalet with all modern amenities, you’ve come to the right place.
The cottages are located on the contour line of the Hromovka mountain ridge with a beautiful unspoiled view of the Krkonoše Mountains.
They are located on the Kořenov – Paseky – Harrachov hiking, cross-country skiing, and cycling trail with a connection to the Krkonoše Highway.
Both cottages are on a sloping landscaped plot with a flat ornamental mountain garden adjoining a wooden terrace. There is an outdoor fireplace set in a stone wall, which ensures privacy, with wooden outdoor furniture.
Both cottages are accessible year-round. Parking is available at the entrance to the cottages on private property with a capacity of up to 6 cars and is free of charge. In winter, the roads, including the parking lot, are maintained.

Paseky nad Jizerou
Harrachov is a renowned center for tourism and winter sports. The entire area is crisscrossed by countless hiking and cycling trails, dozens of kilometers of groomed ski trails, and downhill slopes of all levels of difficulty.

Rokytnice
This settlement of Krakonoš was founded in 1574. It comprises four picturesque parts: Horní and Dolní Rokytnice, Františkov, and Hleďsebe. During its development, it was significantly influenced by the textile and glass industries. Beautiful nature – suitable for active and passive vacations or holidays – is the main attraction that the village offers today.
