Relax Cottage

The “Pod Skalou Relax” cottage is a stylish mountain cottage with a large dining room and garden.

It is located in a semi-secluded area on the contour line of Hromovka Hill in Paseky nad Jizerou. About 50 meters away is the cottage “Pod Skalou Romance,” which is part of the property with its own facilities and access. The cottage is located on a sloping, partially terraced plot with a well-maintained mountain garden with a wooden terrace and garden seating with wooden furniture. Free private parking at the Romance cottage next door.

The cottage’s furnishings and interior are historical, dating from the turn of the 19th/20th century, ensuring a period atmosphere at the expense of comfort and convenience (suitable for lovers of old times). The main room is heated by a heat pump and a Bulerjan wood-burning stove, which heats the entire space. There is a separate wood-burning stove in the small room. If desired, the building can be heated with electric heaters for a flat-rate surcharge for energy (this method is not used very often). Water is heated by a 120-liter electric boiler. The kitchenette has a 4-burner stove, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and all cooking equipment. The Pod Skálou Relax cottage can also be rented with pets (for an additional fee, see financial conditions) at the owner’s responsibility. Please contact us for further information.
